Food was cold as usual. Had to wait in line because the clerk couldn't get in the register after EVERY customer. Why do we even write a review? Nothing ever improves. The dumbest people seem to work at McDonald's. Terrible experience!!

If you're in the mood for a great hot fudge sundae, I would highly recommend that you DO NOT GO to McDonald's on Wilkes-Barre Boulevard in Wilkes-Barre Pennsylvania.

Nostalgic, but not good

I went to this McDonald's for breakfast the morning of Warped Tour every year from 2007 to 2018. So I can't give it a one just for nostalgia purposes. Otherwise it isn't that good. It's the worst McDonald's in the Wilkes-Barre area. It sucks because...of it's one dimensional employee base. If they were as diverse as the other locations it may be better. As of now it's a honkey McDonald's.

This place is filthy water was pouring through the ceiling into buckets in the one corner, building is filthy bathrooms are horrendous i have no idea how the reps keeps this place open the staff obviously dont care in anyway.

Restaurant smells HORRIBLE- almost as though someone peed near the bathroom and the smell is wafting all over the inside of the place. Total turnoff.
