I was waiting at the register for over 5 minutes until the General Manager approached the counter. She has a really bad attitude and doesn't understand what customer service means or has the skills to provide good customer service. The cool cat at the Drive-Thru...was going to assist me but instead I got this grumpy jerk with her bulky ears. Tables are never clean neither the tile flooring....
