We stopped in for a quick lunch on our way to Branson. They were running a 2/$5 deal on Big Macs and Filet-o-Fish sandwiches. Any size coffee was $1. Overall a great deal for a meal!

There are not many food options in extreme southwest Springfield nor in Battlefield. But right off the James River Freeway is a really nice McDonalds connected to a gas station. The restaurant is much larger than most "attached" McD's, and it's actually rather elegant inside....Usual McDonald's fare.
