I would like to give a big compliment to one of the employees at the McDonalds in Paola, Ks. His name is Rick and he always greets you with a smiling face and upbeat attitude. You leave feeling you were the only one he waited on that day. There is always a please and thank you for anyone helping him behind the counter also. He truly needs a pat on the back for his hard work.

Nothing but problems every time I go here. This should be the last. 5.50 for 1 egg mcmuffin and 1 sausage mcmuffin with egg. Out of sausage so a 6 Minute wait. Egg mcmuffin was served called, must have been sacked 6 minutes ago. Sausage mcmuffin was served with no egg.
