40 minutes in the drive up lane. Totally ridiculous!!! Pretty lost service and the burgers weren't even hot. Won't go back here again

We went to this McDonald's tonight through the drive thru. We waited FOREVER for our food and when we finally got home with our food I discovered my quarter pounder was raw. Not cooked at all....
