I went to McDonalds drive through about 30 minutes ago. I ordered a Carmel Macchiato. I asked her if they can add some whipped cream & she said yes. So I went to the window to pick up. I get home & it's a little more than 1/2 full & no whipped cream!!
So I got a little mad. I called & spoke to a manager & he told me to bring it back & he would replace it.
So... Once again... O stars for them!!!!

Always check the bag. All I ordered was one order of fries with one ranch. That's all. They forgot the ranch. Line is super long too.

I ordered a fish meal today, the bun was dirty, so disgusting! I found it when I almost finished eating. Just like someone drop it off the ground and picked it up for me

2:50pm 5/26/20- I think I am snake-bit lately when it comes to customer service at fast food restaurants. Last week, I had a bad experience at another fast food chain, so decided to come here...

I ordered 2 meals from this location. One of them was wrong. It took them 4 times to get the order correct! How can you not put cheese on cheeseburgers?! The employee's were rude and not very helpful.
