I was at the McDonald's restaurant (2424 FM 1960 W. Houston,TX. 77068) on 8/12/22 at 9:24am and the customer service from the manager was terrible. He had no idea what he was doing. I paid for my food on the app and ended up leaving...without my food because he didn't know how to work the register. I showed him the app with my code several times and he still claim I didn't place the order. ...

It is McDonald's. Love the touch screen order system. It takes away from having to negotiate with someone taking your order. And if you mess it up..... well that's on you. As for the menu, there...

So I am finally fed up with this location. Every time I have gone here 4 total, my order is completely incorrect. So this was the final straw for me this mornings I ordered 2 sausage McMuffins...
