Couldn't order on inside ordering computer, no one could help that worked here so ordered on phone and had to tell in store. Very frustrating they could learn from Burger King

There was nobody ahead of me at the speaker, one car at the pick-up window. Took over 30 seconds for someone to come on the speaker. When they did, they were curt. I order, pulled up to the pay window, paid. At the pickup window...the employees seemed more interested in just sitting and jawing. I received my order, coffee and 2 burritos. Very curt service.
