Traveling back home to Kansas and pulled through this McDonald’s to grab a quick snack. Not only was the service quick but we forgot to order a fry and the manager had it ready by the time we got to the next window! Great customer...service!!

This is the worst run McDonalds. I have called corporate and waiting on a call back.
The ice cream machine is never working, the staff seems sneaky. I went for dinner on way home. They said they are only taking cash. It was "rounded" up...for some reason and I watched her put the money in her pocket. Seems weird.

Did not receive what I ordered or paid for, twice

Today, April 16, 2023, traveling from Dallas to Kansas City, we stopped at the Gainsville, Texas, McDonald's, I requested a special order at the drive through: cheeseburger no ketchup, no mustard, add lettuce and special sauce, aka Mac sauce.

Did not realize I did not..."Have It My Way," as marketed by McD's, until half a mile down the road.

I used to go everyday on the way back from work. The staff is rude, the shake machine is always off. and the orders seem wrong. Late night is a major stay away

I hate to say this but eat here every day back and forth to work. I stopped today because of a lie and rudeness. This place is very dirty, and the staff is clueless.
The ice cream machine is ALWAYS broken. I suggest Braum's next...door
