My order was not ready. It took almost 20 minutes when it was a pickup. It was supposed to be in a box. They forgot to give me my drink. Very poor service

I order a McChicken with no lettuce and they gave me extra lettuce and mu friend works here and I tried to change a order and they send him home immediately

Waited fifteen minutes in drive up. Never got to place an order. Always the same. Super slow. Went to Whataburger.
