this is my go to mcdonald's because the drive thru crew are usually polite, professional, and on the ball. there's a new person that is rude. in the 3x she took my order, she has gotten it wrong...

Didn't take card. Tried to redirect me to a different McDonald's. Also didn't receive fries. Never knew the total. "the system is down" Also got a half eaten sandwich.

Do you ever plan to get a bunch of errands done before work in order to leave town "on time" for once? But then you realize that most places open at 9am and not 6 like you hoped.....yeah same.
