Biggest issue with McDonald's is their two lane drive thru. Why have two lanes that pinch into one lane ? I get cut off all the time I dread McDonald's drive thru .

This McDonald's has the absolute best customer service I've ever seen. The staff is all super friendly and a really cute manager working swing shift.

Every time they mess up my order and forget my cookies/fries/mcchicken etc. they come up with a different excuse the next day when I show up with my receipt. One day they say bring your receipt...
