I stopped at this McDonald's on the way south on Randall Rd. and I thought that I would grab a drink and a quarter pounder with cheese. I utilized the drive-thru and the ordering went well, but the pick-up window seemed really messed up, as...every car had to pull up (it seemed( and wait for the order to come through the front door. Extra pickle means 1 slice of pickle ;) We had to put in our own pickle, wah.. also when I tried to order through the app it was saying I couldn't order because they were closed. It was 6pm.......

We stopped at this McDonald's as it was the last McDonald's closest to the tollway on our way back to Chicago. The people at the drive-thru seemed very efficient and friendly. There was easy access in to and out of the parking lot.

I guess when you are working the order window at the drive-thru, you do get bored, as you're not in direct contact with other employees. The order taker today, A. J., was friendly and efficient. He was even singing to himself, in between his interaction....Maybe he's practicing for America's Got Talent! Anyway, quick in and out.
