Poorly managed, and the slowest McDonald's ever

This is the slowest, most poorly ran McDonald's I have ever been to. I used to be a store manager at McDonald's, so I know McDonald's policies. There were 5 cars in the drive thru around 8 PM and we waited in line 45 minutes....One lane was coned off and the other lane blocks you in so you cannot drive off to leave. Line over 25 minutes today to get an ice tea. Yesterday I ordered a bacon, egg, cheese biscuit. They gave me a sausage biscuit instead. Sausage was not fresh - I suffered the results this morning. There were times that no cars were at pay...window and no cars at pickup window. Line just not moving. Complaints about this place for many years, and owner/management has done nothing.
