DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They towed my daughter's car from her apt complex and then intentionally overcharged her! It's a city contract so she was forced to pay the city impound fee, the cost of the tow, and the bribe. The city won't investigate or void the contract (hmm). We're hoping Better Business Bureau has enough influence to change these fraudulent and unjust practices.

McCarty and Theives Towing simply stole my tools and it seems to be a common occurence that goes unpunished. This outfit must be linked to the oxnard pd in some way because it is as hard as chinese arithmethic to file a report.
Everyone ive spoken to on this matter has said that it doesn't surprise them and that i shouldn't have left my tools in the truck so long. it is not like i choose...
