Joseph is just amazing!!! Thomas was amazing, and so was Josh C. They are always attentive everytime I come to McAllister's, and I mean everytime!!! Ahhh love this place!!!!!

The manager on duty isn't as "on it" as the other one. I've noticed when he is there, the tables aren't as clean, there isn't usually someone who comes by the table to check on you, the whole staff seems a little more out of sync.

McAlister's does an exceptional job with customer service at the tables. I appreciate their friendliness and eagerness to refill drinks or get their customers anything else they may need.
