CITIBANK / CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS

Wrote a check in the amount of 957.66 on 10/18/10
Citibank did a debit out of my account last week of the amount of 1,957.66 now they overdrafted our account and we have called and been to our bank and we still have no money.They will not be getting a check or our debit card for payment in the future.I will send a cashers check for future payments.
