The waiting is not good

I visited for the first time while traveling. I was staying at a nearby hotel and I ordered a regular combo meal. Had to wait over 25 minutes to get my order and there were only 2 people ahead of me. Will not return.

Worst customer service. Manager Sueja could use more training on resolves issues. Best feature on the McDonald's mobile app is cancel order, and I'll never return back to this location.

This McDonald's is located near the intersection of W. Oakton St. and Higgins Rd., just east of Busse Rd. It is easily accessible from both Oakton St. and Higgins Rd. We utilized the dual lane drive-thru which was moving efficiently and quickly. The staff was...efficient and pleasant and the order was correct.
