Really well maintained and managed diverse community, short walk to pharmacy, connivence, park, and community centre. Yet the apartment has pretty much stayed the same. The neighbors are different and the normal neighborly issues always arise, but for the most part it's been a good place to live. It's a gated community and in a good area for kids with quick access to a lot of shopping and the like. I've tried to see if there was anything better out there for the dollar, but I end up staying each time my lease...

McDermott Place is in a great location and the rent is not too bad for all that you get. Noise is sometimes bad, parties and the like go on often on weekends. the playground is great for the kids and there are many neighbor kids to play with. we were staying while our house in mckinney was being built and were very sad to go.

First of all, it is extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone if you have a problem. Second, there is never any follow up. Maintenance never leaves notes to tell you what they have and haven't done. You ask the manager to call you back, forget it! I got to the point that if anything was broken, I would not even bother telling them unless it was an emergency. They were rude and slow. I...
