This is a phantom doctor . He runs his practice through his PA. The man never saw my mother once while in the hospital . the PA thinks she knows everything about every disease and over medicates. Dr. McCauley may seem a tad unfriendly at first however, it is usually because he has much going on; a PA, 4 nurses etc. He is actually extremely empathetic, a remarkable communicator and runs his office at an "A" level.
