I was in the Army and have traveled all over. McCabes is still my favorite BBQ place hands down. The hash- just thinking about it makes my mouth water! I visited this place during a road trip along the east coast. The place is simple, which is not a problem for me because I was there for the food. This is some of the best barbecue I have ever eaten. It is a vinegar based barbecue joint that only has one kind of sauce, but when it ain't broke don't fix it. I have to say the hash on top of white rice is the best option on the buffet. The pulled pork is a bit tough, but besides that the flavor is on point.
