I purchased McAfee Plus Anti-virus program. After the installation I started getting pop-up ads. Ads that would not allow me to use my computer. This company is horrible. They charged my son with a subscription renewal without notice  (they said 4 days before but there was nothing).  When you order it automatically checks automatic renewal.  It charges 30 days before it expires and then gives every excuse why it will take forever to credit back. Texas is closed on the weekends. Indian call center doesn't have a fax machine.  We notified...

Sent in for a $40.00 rebate for McAfee internet security suite. After 2 months sent me a letter informing me they needed additional information. Provided info and a copy or the previous info I sent.That was the last I heard from McAfee, I was no longer in their rebate system.$70.00 for a anti-virus program that was replaced by a new version the next week. I will never buy McAfee prducts again...
