I have lived here for over a year. So far so good. When I call in a work order they take care of it. I love the apartment it is so spacious and new. The staff seems to care, anytime I ask them for something they take care of it. Overall I plan on staying here for awhile.

I recently moved in a month ago and so far it has been great, the moving process was easy and they did everything they could to have my apartment ready to go when i needed it. The apartment was great, everything was fixed up and looked new i will definetely recommend it to others.

since my residence over a year ago, living at Mayfield Park Apartments has been great.Mainteance issues are completed in a timely manner, the property is cleanly maintained at all times and whenever the security gate malfunctions or is damaged, it is repaired expeditiously.

I have lived here for 3 years now. It is really a great place to live. I have never had any problems. Anytime I need something the people in the office are responsive and friendly. They have even helped me apply for jobs on the computer in the office when I was out of work. Great place.
