Great customer service and the guy who came out knew what he was talking about. Fixed my A/C at a reasonable price. Unlike other companies the guy was very professional.

Do not call this business for AC repairs. Their technicians can't even properly diagnose what is wrong with the system. Why would you pay $89 to someone who does not know what they are doing? Poor customer service when owner confronted with these issues.

Shop around for a better price we were quoted a very high price to replace a unit. We had about 5 other quotes that were not even close to maxx's high price. We ended up with a better unit at half the price from maxx.

Repair FRAUD and HI PRESSURE SALES.
Refused to repair our A/C unit and trying to sell us a NEW A/C system,
Called in SouthBelt A/C, they replaced the dryer unit & recharge the freon.
It's still working now (and that's 2 full mths of round the clock running)

Charged a total of 415 dollars to replace a capacitor!!! which costs $30.
In addition to a diagnostic charge of $89, Their quote for capacitor is $315( sells in most electrical stores for $30-50. The price was not informed initially and was reflected in the final bill.
