I would like to know why my cell service dropped on august 20, and duet hasn't answered any emails or phone calls I've made about the issue.. Literally the worst customer service I've ever received. The staff was rude and the actual service (or lack thereof) is terrible. The "unlimited" internet only works half of the month and calls drop constantly. Don't waste your money. This business is a joke.
