The drop off center was fine, our problem was with the pick-up center in Pittsfield, NH. They were very unfriendly and they did not want to help me. I felt more that i was bothering them instead of being a valued customer. I work in customer service and what i recieved was not customer service.

I talked to three different U-Haul locations, each one had different information regarding the truck. I just checked my final bill and an un-disclosed cleaning charge of $25 was applied when the truck was spotless. This was a terrible experience and I will not be promoting your business at all. Maxfield's hardware did all that they could but U-haul customer service and J& B auto were nothing...
