DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. i ordered a complete living room set from them on feb 17th 2015. it is now april 8th and im still waiting on them to bring me pieces from the set. The rude blonde girl who works here is fake and always tells me it will be delivered by the end of the week, every week. she always tells me she will call me and at the last minute the day before its to be delivered i get a call that something came up. i never get a call to set up a delivery date like she promises, instead i have to call them every day and beg them. i even told her i was willing to come out of my way from another state to pick it up over the weekend, the place closed at 5, i was there by 2pm. No one was in the store the sign said out to lunch 2:30-3:30pm. i waited until 4;30 with my baby in the car, she never came back from lunch and had the nerve to pretend like an emergency came up. she wont let me speak to a boss or manager and im still missing furniture, i work everyday and can not keep taking days off to wait at home to have things delivered and i cant afford wasted gas and toll money to go back and forth for no one to be there, i took several days off from work and no one ever even called each time. the worst part the place doesn't even have a answering machine set up... now i know why. STAY AWAY!!! THE FURNITURE IS OKAY AND NOT WORTH THE TROUBLE.

my daughters bunk bed is falling apart brought it in march of this year she has hardly slept in it, and her dresser broke I contacted Max furniture 2 times they took my number and never has called me back, I think the furniture are the rejects from Ashley,lesson learned i will never waste my hard earned money at this store.
If I could rate my experience at Max Five Star Furniture a zero I would. I purchased a desk-size clock from this store as a valentine's gift. I put the battery in and it did not work. I used a new battery from my home and it still did not work. I took the clock back for an exchange but there was none left in stock. The clock cost $20 but they only refunded me $16 they charged a restocking fee....
