Mauro's has taken over where Guida's once thrived, but it is just not the same. Favorites have disappeared from the menu, and the service has suffered significantly. Definitely an uninspiring experience.

Wow, this is our favorite restaurant in the Ossining/Briarcliff Manor area! The food is fabulous with generous portions and if you go on the prix fixe nights, you'll have dinner and lunch (leftovers) the next day for $19.95 (soon to be $14.95) And, their $18 bottles of Pinot Grigio and Sauvignon Blanc compliment the prix fixe which costs you $70 including tax and tip for two! I have eaten in this restaurant 3 times and each time I am even more pleased. The food the ambiance the service and the value are all exceptional. One walks into a small tastefully and softly decorated fine Italian restaurant always to be greeted in a warm and friendly manner. I love me some good pizza and this place has good pizza. It also has some really good pasta. I eat the pinapple pizza here and I really love it. I recommend this place!
