Safeway has very high prices on their regular items, but they do have great sales, so check their weekly ads. In their ad, they have 4 double coupons on the last page, which can be used to double the value of manufacturer coupons for extra savings. They have good parking and mostly helpful workers. The produce and meat are fresh.
