I 1st want to say that I've looked at furniture for my bedroom at Fingers, Star, Louis Shanks, Ashley , Southwest Surplus , Gallery , Buy Rite , Brandons , and someplace that advertises on tv all the time that was just aweful>they were on 1960 just west of 45! I went to purchase a mattress from this location, the sales lady was nice and took care of us. I was supposed to get a call the next day by 5pm to pick up the mattress we ordered, NO ONE CALLED!
I had to call and I got the Store Manager, who is a complete jerk with no customer service skills what so ever.
He said owell the mattress is late, we get it to our store as a coutesy??? He took no...
