My husband and I bought a king sized Southerland Churchill mattress from Mattress Warehouse in Bloomington IL one year ago. After a few months, the mattress started to dip. We contacted Mattress Warehouse, who sent someone out to conduct a warranty inspection (December, 2007). He state the foam was defective and they would order us a new bed. The Mattress Warehouse gave us a really good deal on a queen size pillow top bed. The service was excellent. We also received free delivery and bed frame.
