horrible business practices

I bought a mattress from this place a few days ago... All their mattreses have thick plastic covering them... I was under the impression that I was purchasing a brand new product...they have no sign up about what kind of beds they are selling, their exchange or refund policy, or the refund policy about the delivery fee....once I got my bed delivered, i pulled the plastic off and it had water...

do you remember when you went shopping and the and the person you needed to talk to about it knew about the product and actually cared about you. I tell how sad that is most people would say they never have. This place has a man just like that. He will do so good with you, that you will feel that he cares and wants to put you on the right Mattress set and save you Big money doning it.
