Salesperson Harrison Wong was the VERY Best at helping us finalize our decision on what to buy. And when the initial delivery was botched at the warehouse, he did all the followup needed to make it right. We are very happy customers both with the mattress we choose and the service.

Just got done purchasing a Beautyrest Recharge: Signature Select. Service was awesome and Chase was a great help in getting everything we needed. Great experience and I highly recommend this Matress Firm location.

I shopped for a bed at this location and worked with Chase. He was friendly, and very patient with me, which I appreciated because a bed is a big purchase and I didn't want to feel rushed or pressured in making such a big purchase. At the end of the day I felt confident in my choice :) Great customer service! I am very pleased with my experience overall and would recommend this store :)
