Went here after reading review for mattress outlets... Had great customer service, Jamil helped me around the store and reccomended some beds for me since I prefer a firmer mattress.

The mattress I picked up just wasn't as firm as I had hoped for, so I called them up and they told me to come back, they had a new shipment that day. I had them flip down another mattress for me and they delivered and picked up the old mattress from my house.

I am much happier with this one, as it helps my back. I think they have excellent customer service and I would go back if I need another mattress,...

This is an update to my review which was very, very bad. I have to say, the owner went the distance and was able to resolve my problem satisfactory and I am happy to say that in the end, they were very fare and I appreciate their willingness to work with me to make the situation right.

I would like to thank the mattress barn emplyees and recommend them to anyone. The knowledge of their competitors prices and the life expectancy of the mattresses was truly helpful in my final decicsion. After comparitively shopping i found that mattress barn was by the far the best choice........
