We have lived in Boca for 13 years & never been to Matteo's (although all our friends love it). We had a party of 9 (brought new Boca residents to dinner). The food is OK, nothing spectacular, although the caeser salad dressing is great. My son ordered filet mignon, they didn't have any. They said they had a nice ny...

Another busy Boca restaurant where the owners/managers run around looking stressed while their understaffed workers do their best to keep up. It took 40 minutes to get a bottle of sparkling water to the table. You really can't blame the waiters, the old folks that frequent this place like to chat and review each menu item before making a choice...

fantastic italian food

Matteo;s is one of the best italian restaurants in south florida and the portions are humongous and should be shared,,,
my favorite menu items are the artichoke, the chopped salad with cheese and salami, the veal francese and the spaghetti with meat sauce..
the waiters aren't the friendliest but come for the food, and make a reservation..

Matteos bring's a taste of Italy right here at home. Founder Salvatore Sorrentino with his two son's Andrew and Matthew opened their first location in New York serving delicious platters of Italian comfort food. Since that successful opening almost 25 years ago it is easy to see why family's and friends continue to celebrate at all of their nine landmark locations from New York to Florida....
