Make sure when you call to schedule service, or prior to having your machine picked up, that you know when you are getting back! It has been over a week and NOW they tell me they are over two weeks out? I had a similar experience last year but the work seemed reasonable so I went back. I still think they do quality work, I just think they need to be up front with customers as to when we can...
