Matt was very professional and great to work with. We had a home on the market we couldn't sell. Once Matt took over the listing we instantly saw more showings and a purchase agreement. I will defiantly work with Matt again in the future.

I had a really good experience with Matt. He was very affordable. His wide range of knowledge in all areas was very helpful and useful. He was always quick to respond back to any questions or concerns I had. He negotiated very well with all offers I had on my property as well as offers I submitted. Matt was just as excited as we were throughout the whole process. He helped with every step along the way and did not even attempt try and talk us into doing something we didn't want.
