When I was there they tried to tell me my wheel had a wheel lock on it. They seemed arrogant and cocky. Then they didn't have a bit to fit my lug nuts, I provided them with one. And the guys in the shop with the beards walked around with there chest poked out like they are the only ones that can put tires on.

I will never, ever use this company again. I had new tires installed on a car and all four alloy wheels were severely scratched. Installer was obviously not trained or experienced on the equipment. The real shocker was that the store manager acted like he couldn't care less and offered nothing to rectify the problem. He said Matlock tire ""does not have a scratch free policy"". I took the car to another installer and asked them if I was being unreasonable, and they were shocked and the condition of the wheels.
