Bought a sofa and recliner in June of 2014, now, 14 months later, the finish on the leather is looking worn and old, all scuffed and Mathis says I should have bought the protection plan. I paid over $3000.00 for this set, it should look good for a lot longer than one year. They gave me the name of a place in Tulsa, where I could pay to get it recovered, :( I'll never spend another dime there.
Purchased Chest of Drawers and Bedside Table, received outstanding customer service. Every employee I saw in that store was upbeat and smiling. Had the most wonderful SALESMAN, TYLER CLIFTON. Tyler actually let me look without hovering around me, but was nearby when I had questions. Why do I let people talk me into going here when its the same thing every time I go! Pressure,pressure,pressure! The salesman are on you from the door & follow you around & won't leave you alone & they're everywhere! Its like being a girl in a men's prison! I just want to be able to look and check prices, but they try to twist your arm! That's it, I'm never going back there again!
