Help us make it rightThis is the 2nd time I've used Mathews, the first time was for a whole new electric panel on my house and re-wiring my pool equipment. They did a great job and were on-time.
Today I used them again because my hallway lights were out. The electrician they sent out not only tracked the problem down to the fixture but found out where within the fixture. Then he fixed it. Trust me, any other electrician would have just charged me the $135 and told me to go out and buy a new fixture. We have had a very upsetting experience with this firm, first time ever in our lives that we have had such an experience. Two technicians sent to our home could not fix out fire alarms, after a day's work. We paid a reduced bill and tried to talk to the owner but he would not speak to us. We still paid the majority of the bill after receiving some threatening communication. Christmas week, months later, they have filed a small claims citation - again, with no owner direct contact. Please beware!!
