Matador is a restaurant concept started by three friends that want to bring good authentic Spanish food to Dallas. With a close knit team of friends and family, we at Matador believe that we can provide you with the dining experience that you won’t soon forget. We bring in the freshest of ingredients, and serve them in the traditional tapas fashion.
A bit discerning when we saw the exterior of Matador Tapas, but when we entered it was clean, professional and the tapas were very good. It's a shame they don't have a prettier building with windows and a patio, but the happy hour with berry and watermelon sangrias made up for it.
Food was very good and the service, was good, when we were attended to. Very flavorful food. They just need to polish up on their service. Give them a try!
Matador Tapas was a diamond in disguise! ALL of the food was delicious and flavorful. The service was OUTSTANDING. We had two servers- both named Chris. They made us feel like VIPs. We had just returned from our vacation to Spain a few weeks back, and I was really searching for a new fresh face in the Tapas world in Dallas.
