Editorial reviews from the web (2)

Co-owned by Mark Drinkwater and Mike Mastro (of Mastro Restaurant Group), this spot looks a little sleeker and feels a little younger than its starchy corporate counterparts. As is true at Mastro's (Drinkwater's North Scottsdale sib), dim lights and live entertainment create the sort of night-clubby atmosphere that encourages eating, drinking and being merry. But for those who come for the meat...

This swank steakhouse offers a robust menu and generous portions that are anything but light and frilly.

In Short
Patrons can feel like royalty in an atmosphere where decadence is king. Live musicians tickle soft-rock standards on a piano at the bar. Velvet curtains, red accents and frosted...

We had our choice of 10 restaurants and since My wife had such an awesome time last time we dined at City Hall we brought our friends .We were seated way in the back of the restaurant in some overflow room to the SW of the main dining room . We were greeted by a waiter that was nice than a second waiter came took my wifes wine order and 20 minutes later I had to ask where the 15 dollar a glass wine was ..he apologized and finally served her . we had to ask numerous times for water and our dirty plates sat for 20 minutes before our desserts arrived. To top of the evening they had a private...

This used to be Drinkwaters. The food is excellent, but pricey. Nice bar that is packed on weekends. The outdoor seating is small but with great fireplace. Good location for large dinner program as they have several large dinning rooms for private parties

Great Service, Great Music, Great Lighting, Excellent Food!! Go here ASAP, Bone- In Filet incredible!

Mastros City Hall Steakhouse is the best steak in town!

This is, by and far above all the rest, my favorite place to go for a steak in the Phoenix area. The bone-in filet is wonderful. The starter salads and side dishes to share are great. Make sure you try the lobster mashed potatoes!
