If the product is that good why would it only have a 3 day return policy. My parents and Aunt have just purchased the product. $5000 between the two of um, and getting the run-around on returning this over priced product. Probably have to take um to small claims court, or file a class action lawsuit against um. Will keep updated you on the outcome.
