Cheap and inside the mall so you can get it cut while you shop! What a deal. Make an appointment though because you will end up waiting a long time if not.

This business is located inside the University Mall and is a very good place to get your hair done. Sometime you have to wait for almost 30 minutes if you dont have an appointment, so make an appointment before you go to get your hair done.
