I do NOT recommend this title company. Dealing with these ladies did nothing but add to my stress levels. Communication was extremely poor. The responses I received (if any) didn't even address the questions/concerns I had presented. They were condescending and hard to get along with. I had to repeatedly give the same information/documentation so I can only imagine the lack of organization...

We picked this company out of the phone book. I guess that was a big mistake. We called around to other companies said it took about three or four days to do a closing. Our transaction was simple, cash deal on raw land. It's been almost 2 weeks and we have not heard one thing for them.
