I will be referring Master Tech to anyone who needs help with their a/c unit. The ladies in the office were very understanding of how hot it was in my home and got me on the schedule as quickly as they could. Manny the technician that came out was very informative and got my a/c up and running quickly! If I ever need help with my a/c again I will be calling Master Tech back.

My air conditioner was not cooling and I was referred to Master Tech by my warranty company. The office staff was friendly and got me on the schedule that same day. The tech -Alvin- was super helpful and had my ac working in less than 45 mins. He also explained to me what happened. He even recommended a maintenance on my unit every 6 months. As a new homeowner, I had no clue about maintenance...

DO NOT USE THEM!!!! Our home warranty people referred us to them...they don't believe in courtesy times (as if they are the only people that work!). They considered themselves generous in giving...

These guys were great. One of the most professional companies I've ever had out to my home, and I've had a lot. Originally, they came out through my home warranty company One Guard, but after One Guard denied my claim, I paid Master Tech out of pocket. The tech Harold was very professional and knowledgable.
