We thought we were getting a price advertised on their web site. Then upon their arrival were told it was an additional 140.00 per foot ( on a 1000 gallon tank). This cost more to pump than last time I had mine pumped from a different company. They also claimed additional things needed to be repaired (lines) . After a second opinion and prior experience this was just a ploy to get more money...

Hi my name is Clark come out to my house and they gave me an estimate of $3,000 for repairs that I found out later that I did not need luckily I did not use them I got me a second opinion and it only cost me $189 that company that I use was called mr. Rooter they seem to be honest people and I would definitely use them again but if anyone read this be cautious if you use Master Rooter they seem...

I would like to say thank you to the guys at Master Rooter for coming out and pumping our septic tank on such short notice. After pumping our septic tank they realized we had bigger problems. They stayed at our house until midnight to get the job completed. They done an awesome job and we really appreciate them being very professional. Gina in Cumming, GA

I would highly recommend this business if ever in need of septic work. I had an emergency situation arise and needed assistance immediately. Difficult to work with getting a scheduled pumping. No call backs after calling three times. Wouldn't honor advertised "special rate." When asked wouldn't give an answer on cost, but said "it depends."
