the worst costumer service ever..i thing this is the worst company in ny...never come to apointment,they took my fire extinguher but never bring it back i called them a few times every time i called them laidy on the phone scream at me and said that they dont have it and if i want i have to pay for it it was sos sutubit

We have been using Master Fire for years at our restaurants, (multiple kitchens), and they have always provided excellent service. They have helped us when we've had any issues with the fire...

They are the worse company I ever worked with in 15 years in the restaurant business. Not reliable, horrible costumer service, extremely greedy. Just stay away no matter how in need you are find a more reliable company. Don't believe their good reviews it might be a hoax.

This company upset me very much and works in super low efficiency, always postponed or cancelled the clients' appointments by themselves without any acceptable reasons. Totally disappointed.
