Rude and lazy receptionist

Although we were the only customers at the moment, as we entered the office, we were not greeted by any member of the staff. When we tried to ask the receptionist about our visit, she was using the computer and ignoring us. While the sign says walk-ins are welcome during working hours, the doctor already left the office. We are very dissatisfied and disappointed with the customer service.
