It's cheap, it's basic. My girlfriend liked my haircut, so I give it 3 stars.Note: When I was there, there was only one employee on duty. Hopefully that won't happen to you.

Mater cuts is a multicultural hair salon located on the first floor of  the Westfield (Wheaton) Mall for three years. The salon offers relaxers, shampoo and conditioning, deep treatments, cutting and natural hair. It caters to men, women and children. It has a very satisfied repeat clientele. The facility is clean and bright with a friendly staff.
